Administrative Accounting Assistant
A longstanding Texas Association is looking to hire an Administrative Accounting Assistant to join their amazing team in North-Central Austin. Job Summary
You will be part of a team that collectively handles varied accounting and office clerical responsibilities including:
Accounts receivable billing and application of customer payments
Accounts payable vendor invoice entry and payment processing
Payroll verification of regular and overtime hours, creation and import of payroll spreadsheet to Netchex payroll
Expense report review and import to Netchex payroll
Greeting visitors and answering telephone calls
Filing and sorting mail
Completing a variety of other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of AP/AR & Administrative experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Stable work history and positive work references
- Excellent communications, human relations, and organizational skills
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills and attention to detail
- Skill in providing customer service excellence to both internal and external customers
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A valid government-issued drivers license
