Overview

The Administrative Support Specialist provides highquality customer service and administrative support across various business functions, including onboarding, inventory management, cashiering backup, and event coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders (in person, email, phone).
  • Support New Employee Orientation and onboarding processes.
  • Process supplier invoices/payments through MyBuy or S4HANA.
  • Manage uniform inventory and ordering for frontline teams.
  • Handle mobile device inventory, policy enforcement, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Assist with company events and team meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow document retention policies.
  • Serve as backup for cashiering tasks, including running reports and maintaining logs.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • Associate Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Strong computer literacy; proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with urgency.
  • Reliable, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong team player willing to assist others.
