**Job Overview:**

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design and implement a diverse range of activities and programs that cater to the varied interests and needs of participants.
- Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and community partners to plan events and activities that align with the organization's mission and goals.
- Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and execution of all activities and ensure they are conducted in a safe and inclusive environment.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and participant satisfaction, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Manage the activity budget, ensuring financial resources are utilized effectively and responsibly.
- Recruit, train, and lead volunteers and staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all participants, and encourage engagement and participation.

**Qualifications:**

-  Recreation, Leisure Studies, or a related field experience.
- Proven experience in activity planning, program development, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using technology to manage programs and events.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
