Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Activities Assistant to join our team in Muncie, IN. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be entertaining, creative, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and organizing activities for residents
• Engage residents in various recreational and social activities
• Create a fun and welcoming environment for residents
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
• Assist in problem-solving and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an activities assistant is preferred
• Positive attitude and a passion for working with seniors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative and able to come up with engaging activities
• Ability to problem solve and handle challenging situations
