Job Summary Heartland Consulting is seeking an experienced Active Institutional Task Leader to lead analysis efforts for key segments of a U.S. Army training models project, with a primary focus on institutional training resource management within the Army School System. In this leadership role, you will manage senior analysts in conducting detailed analysis and system design, handle large datasets with strict quality control, and apply HQDA-level PPBE expertise to support institutional training development, execution, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis for critical project segments related to institutional training resource management.
  • Control and manage the efforts of senior analysts engaged in analysis and system design activities.
  • Analyze large data files while enforcing rigorous quality control standards to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Apply practical, hands-on skills in HQDA-level PPBE (Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution) processes to inform resource allocation and training decisions.
  • Collaborate with team members and government stakeholders to deliver high-quality, timely insights that support the development, conduct, and evaluation of institutional training programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Management, Education, or related discipline).
  • 10+ years of successful experience with Active Component HQDA G-3 or ACOM G-3 in the Army School System and institutional training resource management.
  • Strong knowledge of the interrelationships involved in developing, conducting, and evaluating training programs.
  • Thorough knowledge and hands-on skill with project applications including cTRM, BLTM, cITRM, cATRM, and cMRM.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • COMPO-specific Army experience, along with strong familiarity with Army doctrine and reserve component acronyms.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and currently possess (or be eligible to obtain and maintain) a Secret clearance (required at award).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex analysis in institutional training, Army School System resource management, or related HQDA environments.
