Acquisitions Sales Agent
Location: Hybrid — The Heard Building (112 N Central Ave, Suite M25, Phoenix, AZ 85004)
Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commission ($80,000–$100,000+)

We’re hiring a driven, competitive sales professional to join our acquisitions team. You’ll speak directly with homeowners looking to sell their property and help structure deals that work for both sides.
You don’t need previous acquisitions experience — we’re looking for someone who knows how to build rapport, ask the right questions, and confidently close.

What You’ll Do
- Speak with homeowners who are actively looking to sell
- Build trust quickly and understand their situation
- Negotiate and structure win-win deals
- Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently
- Work closely with the acquisitions and operations teams to close deals
- Occasionally travel to Tucson (about twice per month)
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of sales experience (inside sales, real estate, B2C, B2B, etc.)
- Confident communicator who can build trust quickly
- Competitive, motivated, and comfortable earning through commission
- Organized and responsive with leads and follow-up
- Based in the Phoenix area, with willingness to travel locally (bi-monthly to Tucson).

Compensation & Growth
Month 1
- $3,000 base pay
Month 2 and Beyond
- $1,000/month recoverable draw
- 20% commission on all wholesale fees
- Increases to 25% commission retroactively once quarterly revenue exceeds $100,000

- 2 deals/month = ~$78,000 annual earnings
- Slightly higher spreads push earnings to $100K+ annually
Our average contract-to-close timeline is 33 days, (can be ask quick as 6 days) meaning commissions are typically paid within a month of signing.
