Location: Redmond, WA (On-site)
Salary: $54,080 – $58,240 DOE
Our client, a fast-growing enterprise software provider recognized for award-winning innovations and customer success, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their finance team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be a key player in maintaining the company’s financial health through accurate invoicing, timely collections, and strong customer communication. What You’ll Do
Process and post daily cash receipts to customer accounts accurately
Monitor outstanding AR balances and ensure timely collections
Communicate professionally with customers to resolve payment inquiries and disputes
Maintain AR aging reports and documentation of collection activities
Conduct bank reconciliations and support month-end and year-end close processes
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience preferred
1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable, corporate accounting, or related environment
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage confidential financial information
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
