What You’ll Do
Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices
Process credit card payments and apply payments to accounts
Post transactions into QuickBooks
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Manage collections in a professional and customer-focused manner
Generate aging reports and accounts receivable summaries
Support month-end closing and financial reporting
Maintain organized and accurate financial records
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of Accounts Receivable or accounting experience
Strong QuickBooks experience (required)
Solid understanding of accounting principles
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Professional and confident communication skills
Self-starter who takes initiative and learns quickly
