Work Location: 100% On-Site / Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hourly Pay: $23.00 – $25.00

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist with experience managing tenant billing, maintaining rent rolls, and supporting billing functions in a dynamic setting. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel, and a willingness to assist across departments.
Key Responsibilities – AR Specialist:
- Manage tenant billings and accounts receivable
- Input leases into internal software
- Maintain and update rent roll
- Utilize Excel for formulas, summaries, and totals
- Handle chargebacks and maintain AR schedule
- Process miscellaneous invoices and billings
- Assist with other billing functions as needed
- Provide support to Accounts Payable when required
Qualifications – AR Specialist:
- Previous AR experience: Real Estate/Property Management industry preferred
- Associates or Bachelors in Accounting highly preferred
- Excel: Formulas, Summaries, and Totals (experience required)
- Flexible and willing to assist where needed
- Learns quickly and able to utilize resources
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Collaborative team player mindset
