What You’ll Do
- Customer Engagement: Spend 30-40% of your time on the phone or email, interacting with schools and libraries to address their accounts receivable needs.
- Collections: Handle soft collections with a relationship-focused approach tailored to their unique customer base.
- Payment Applications: Accurately apply payments and maintain customer account integrity.
- Sales Tax: Manage and process sales tax returns.
- Special Projects: Contribute to meaningful ad hoc initiatives like fraud investigations.
