*Our service partner is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist. *
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
In office in Lake Mary
Pay Rate: $21-$24/hour based on experience
Your experience includes:
Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience
2+ years in accounts receivable or collections
Familiarity with AR processes, dispute resolution, and ERP systems (AX preferred)
Proficient in Excel and MS Office; 10-key by touch preferred
Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and communication skills
Spanish skills a plus, but not required
What you will be doing:
This role manages customer accounts, resolves billing disputes, processes payments, and ensures timely collections.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and disputed items
Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding account issues
Follow up on past-due accounts to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
Process credit balances, refunds, and maintain accurate AR records
Prepare delinquency reports and support special projects as needed
