Accounts Receivable Specialist
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional to join a fast-paced, high-volume accounting environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining accurate customer accounts, applying cash efficiently, and supporting smooth, consistent financial operations.

Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Apply and post customer payments (ACH, wire, check, credit card)
- Research and resolve unapplied cash, short payments, and discrepancies
- Partner with customers and internal teams to reconcile AR balances
- Maintain accurate receivables records and supporting documentation
- Assist with month-end close activities, reconciliations, and reporting
What You Bring of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- 1+ year of accounts receivable, cash applications, or related experience
- Working knowledge of Excel (sorting, filtering; VLOOKUP/PivotTables a plus)
- Strong attention to detail in a high-transaction environment
- Professional communication and collaboration skills
- Organized, reliable, and process-driven
