Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities
- Answer customer phone calls and respond to account-related inquiries
- Process customer payments, including credit card transactions
- Prepare and distribute monthly customer statements
- Follow up with customers regarding past-due invoices
Preferred Qualifications
- Accounting or finance experience of any kind
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
