Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our AR function during a period of significant growth and organizational change. This individual will oversee billing, collections, cash application, credit management, and AR reporting while ensuring strong internal controls and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the AR team, ensuring efficient workflows and timely invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution.
Oversee credit reviews, customer account setup, and adherence to credit policies.
Implement process improvements to improve DSO, cash flow, and reporting visibility.
Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to resolve customer issues and streamline processes.
Maintain accurate aging reports, reconcile accounts, and prepare AR-related financial metrics.
Support internal and external audits and strengthen AR-related controls.
Assist in system upgrades and standardization initiatives as the company scales.
Qualifications:
5+ years of AR leadership experience, ideally within distribution, manufacturing, or a high-volume environment.
Strong understanding of credit, collections, and cash application processes.
Experience with process improvement and systems integration preferred.
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
