AR & Collections Specialist – Keep the Cash Flow Moving

Responsibilities of the Role: AR & Collections Specialist
- Manage customer accounts and assist with the collections process (friendly reminders, follow-ups, and problem-solving)
- Review aging reports and help keep receivables current
- Post payments and assist with cash applications
- Work with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and questions
- Maintain accurate and organized records of communications and payments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth billing and collections process
- Support the accounting team with reconciliations and reporting
Qualifications: AR & Collections Specialist
- Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable being both friendly and firm
- Comfortable communicating with customers via phone and email
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
