Our client, a well-established manufacturer within the O/G industry is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to support billing and month-end accounting activities. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and analytical individual with relevant accounting experience and strong Excel skills.

Salary: $70,000-$75,000
Location: Woodlands, TX
Type of Position: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:
  • Manage progress, milestone, and percentage-of-completion billing
  • Process and reconcile accounts receivable transactions
  • Lead AR discussions during weekly AR review meetings
  • Utilize billing portals for invoice submission and tracking
  • Perform month-end close activities, including account reconciliations
  • Prepare and analyze reports using advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Maintain and update ERP system records accurately
  • Assist with audit requests and provide supporting documentation
  • Support sales tax reporting and compliance
  • Identify and implement process improvements where possible

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of AR experience working in a Manufacturing or similar environment
  • Must have milestone or POC billing experience
  • Audit and Sales tax preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)
  • Must have Billing Portal and ERP experience
  • Overtime flexibility when needed
