Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Salary Range: $41,600 – $52,000 annually

We are a growing and collaborative organization seeking an organized and detail‑driven Accounts Receivable Clerk. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys maintaining accurate financial records, communicating with customers, and supporting a fast‑paced accounting department.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer payments, apply cash receipts, and maintain accurate AR records.
- Generate invoices, send monthly statements, and ensure timely billing.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies in coordination with internal teams and customers.
- Assist with month‑end closing activities and financial reporting.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow‑through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, etc.).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and work in a deadline‑driven environment.
