- Salary- $60,000-$75,000 plus bonus
Position Overview: Accounts Receivable Administrator
- Prepare daily cash deposits and complete cash control sheets
- Post finalized cash receipts and update the AR ledger by customer
- Process daily credit card deposits
- Provide invoice copies to customers as requested
- Research and resolve customer payment discrepancies, chargebacks, returns, and bad checks
- Respond to AR-related phone inquiries and follow up as needed
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to maintain accurate account records
- Maintain organized filing of check stubs and bank receipts
- Assist with special projects and additional accounting tasks as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience
