Primary Responsibilities

• Manage corporate accounts and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare, process, and reconcile invoices
• Handle vendor inquiries and set up new vendors
• Prepare accounts payable checks and perform regular check runs
• Maintain organized AP files and supporting documentation
• Prepare account analyses and reports as required
• Assist with accounts receivable, credit card reconciliations, and bank reconciliations
• Manage corporate licenses and assist the Controller with special projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is a plus, but not required
• 1+ year of accounts payable experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
