- They offer a variety of services including transitional care, long-term programs, and employment training
- Grants comprise a majority of their income, so attention to detail is key for the Accounts Payable Specialist
Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Working alongside another AP Specialist, upload invoices sent to the AP Inbox
- Process payments through ACH and reconcile with the general ledger
- Handle credit card payments, as needed
- Answer internal and external queries about accounts payable
- Assist the Accounting Department with the month- and year-end closes
Background Expected of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or experience equivalent (+4 years)
- 3+ years of experience in an accounts payable role
- Proficiency with Sage Intacct is a major plus
Schedule & Work Environment:
- 100% on-site, Monday through Friday (5 days in office).
- Collaborative, mission-driven environment serving community-focused programs.
Salary Range, Based on Experience:
$50,000 - 62,000#INMAR2026
