Job Details
Responsibilities
1. Handle the complete Accounts Payable cycle, from receipt of invoices to final payment, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
2. Perform payment runs, ensuring all payments are made in accordance with company policy and within set timeframes.
3. Processing invoices to make sure payments are correct and on time
4. Requesting receipt of statements from invoicing contractors or businesses when they are not provided
5. Processing payment runs
6. Reconcile vendor statements, ensuring all discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
7. Respond to vendor inquiries, providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong professional relationships.
8. Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices or payments.
9. Answering queries from suppliers, contractors and other business departments about accounts payable or payments made
Qualifications
1. 1+ experience in accounts payable or a related field.
2. Bachelor’s degree highly preferred, but not required
3. Experience utilizing any large ERP system software for accounts payable is preferred
