Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist
- Assist with the Accounts Payable cycle
- Accounts Payable Specialist will process up to 150 invoices a week
- Responsible for weekly chuck runs
- Accounts Payable Specialist will pay invoices utilizing ACH, hard checks, or credit card
Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Prior accounts payable experience required
- Accounts Payable Specialist must be organized and detail-oriented
