We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Accounts Payable Specialist role with NetSuite experience.

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:

Processing high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
Reviewing, coding, and entering invoices into the accounting system (NetSuite preferred).
Matching invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation.
Processing weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.
Communicating professionally with vendors and internal teams regarding payment inquiries.
Maintaining organized accounts payable records and supporting documentation.
Assisting with month-end close activities, including accruals and reporting.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Required qualifications for the position include:

High School Diploma or GED required (associate’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

Experience with NetSuite accounting software.
Background in the mortgage, title, escrow, or financial services industry.
Knowledge of 1099 processing and vendor compliance.
Familiarity with expense management platforms.
