What You’ll Do as the Accounts Payable Specialist:
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly across 32 store locations. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves detail, organization, and working in a high-volume environment.

• Process and index incoming invoices in PDF format with accuracy and efficiency.

• Code invoices correctly for both inventory and non-inventory (PO & Non-PO) purchases.

• Enter supplier information and reconcile vendor statements to ensure accounts are up to date.

• Manage a high volume of 250+ invoices weekly, sharpening your skills while mastering GL coding for non-PO invoices.

What We’re Looking For in the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Intermediate MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP a plus).

• Experience handling high-volume invoice processing with accuracy.

• Strong skills in indexing, coding, and vendor reconciliation.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.

• Fast typing skills and great communication — you get things done quickly and correctly!
