-Assist with vouching accounts payable invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
-Assist with reconciling vendor statements.
-Assist with daily management of shared A/P mailbox including printing and filing of incoming
vendor invoices and statements
-Answer vendor inquiries on payment status
-Scan and file vendor documents (check runs/vendor invoices)
-Assist with freight chargeback auditing and tracking
-Provide phone support and direction for incoming customer calls
-Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
-Manage office supply needs, ensuring supply room is adequately stocked and organized
-Order offices supplies as requested by employees.
-Perform other administrative duties as assigned.




-Experience in an Accounting or Administrative role for a manufacturing, distribution or construction company
-Experience handling accounts payable procedures such as invoicing and purchase orders
-Experience using ERP software such as SAP, Oracle or similar
-Experience with QuickBooks or accounting software is a plus
-Ability to handle administrative duties like answering phone calls, emails and do scheduling
-Ability to work Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
