Job Details
Jobot is partnering with a growing Denver based organization with a national reach to staff a position as an Accounts Payable Specialist. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for the following:
- Ensure bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to procedures
- Process invoices for payments via check, ACH, and wire
- Process expense reports, reconciling and recording expenses to the appropriate GL
- Monitor accounts payable inputs from all locations
- Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices
- Perform monthly reconciliations
- Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform data entry associated with accounts payable
- Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
- Audit and process credit card bills
- Address and respond to vendor inquiries
- Carry out additional projects as required
If you have at least 2+ years of experience in full cycle Accounts Payable skills, a strong technical background within ERP platforms and MS Office Suite, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, enjoy working with a collaborative team but also have the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast paced environment than this could be a great opportunity for you.
