Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: McFarland, CA
Pay: $27–$30/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

You will play a key role in maintaining continuity, ensuring processes stay on track, and supporting daily financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-volume, detailed data entry into an internal accounting system
Review purchase orders and complete three-way matching
Follow up with vendors and internal departments to obtain missing information and approvals
Prepare and organize payment documentation for processing
Assist with partial payments related to ongoing projects
Qualifications
3–5+ years of Accounts Payable experience (5+ preferred)
Intermediate Excel skills
Preferred
Experience within government, education, or nonprofit environments
Additional exposure to general accounting functions
