About the Role
We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage the full AP process and support daily accounting operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, efficiency, and being an essential part of the finance team.
What You’ll Do
- Process vendor invoices accurately and on time
- Match, code, and enter bills into the accounting system
- Handle weekly check runs, ACH payments, and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain vendor files and assist with W‑9s and year‑end 1099 preparation
- Research and resolve AP discrepancies
- Support month‑end closing with AP reports and reconciliations
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of AP or accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or similar systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
