Beach Holidays, LLC - Accounts Payable Clerk

$21.50 per hour

Beach Holidays is currently hiring an Accounts Payable clerk starting at $20-21 per hour. Must be a team player, have strong work ethic, professional, friendly, dependable and trustworthy. Ability to be organized, detail oriented and produce accurate work. Ability to multi-task on a daily basis.

Job duties include, but not limited to:

• Process invoices and cut checks for all properties
• Maintains Accounts Payable files.
• Completes and files the new vendor set-up request forms and 1099 information
• Assists vendors and employees with payment and coding questions.
• Responsible for the void check process.
• Close Monthly AP in a timely fashion.
• Reconciliation of Vendor Statements
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiar with Tri Property Allocation
• Experience with Bill Pay Platform is prefered

Minimum five years of recent experience in Accounts Payable is preferred.

MUST BE proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and ADVANCED in Excel. Hotel Industry a plus.
