As our Accounts Payable Clerk, you will:

Maintain accurate, verified accounts payable records and reconcile vendor statements
Prepare and process vendor payments, checks, and disbursements
Post open items in accounts payable daily
Print and maintain A/P reports and supporting documentation
Reconcile ledgers to ensure payments align with dealership schedules
Manage petty cash and monitor cash-flow needs for payable cycles
Audit freight bills and handle vendor and freight inquiries professionally
Assist with month-end closing procedures
Provide account analysis as requested by management
Support accounts receivable and special accounting projects as assigned
Maintain a clean, organized, professional workspace

This is a high-visibility role within the accounting department. Accuracy and timeliness are non-negotiable.
