Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk
- The Accounts Payable Clerk will process vendor invoices and match them to purchase orders
- Assist with weekly check runs and payment processing
- The Accounts Payable Clerk will help reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Support the accounting department with general AP and administrative tasks
Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Clerk
- The Accounts Payable Clerk should have some experience or exposure to accounting or accounts payable
- Must be detail-oriented and a reliable team player
