Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Allegan, MI (Hybrid after training)
Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 p
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (Flexible hours available, hybrid option with 2 remote days after training)

AP Clerk Responsibilities:
Invoice Entry
- Process invoices from the software queue, ensuring vendor, PO, and header-level accuracy.
- Route invoices to the correct approver and enter them into the system.
- Review for accuracy and post payments.
Email & Communication
- Respond to inquiries about payment dates, missing payments, deductions, and unpaid invoices.
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding invoice and payment statuses.
AP Clerk Qualifications:
Must Have:
- Associate’s degree or 1-2 years of finance experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Customer service experience.
Preferred:
- Accounts Payable experience.
- ERP system knowledge.
