Position Overview: Accounts Payable Administrator

• Process vendor invoices and prepare payments according to company policies
• Maintain accurate accounts payable ledger and reconcile vendor statements
• Ensure proper documentation and approvals for all disbursements
• Handle check runs, ACH transfers, and other payment methods
• Research and resolve vendor payment discrepancies and inquiries
• Communicate with vendors via phone and email to maintain strong relationships
• Maintain organized filing of invoices, payment records, and supporting documentation
• Assist with month-end closing, reporting, and special accounting projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
