- Booking and Staffing: - Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, interviews. - Coordinate with staff members to ensure proper coverage for events. - Maintain accurate records of bookings and staff schedules. Onboarding of new employees.
- Scanning and Filing: - Scan documents into electronic format for easy access and storage. - Organize files both physically and digitally for efficient retrieval.
- Other Duties – assist in general office management and ordering of supplies and monitoring of business inventories.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual, to join our catering events business team, as a Booking Assistant. This role will primarily involve assisting with various administrative tasks related to booking and staffing, scanning, and invoicing. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a strong attention to detail. Spanish & english speaking is required.
