Overview of the Accounting Specialist role:
- Set up and maintain new vendors within the accounting system
- Generate, process, and distribute client invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Apply payments and credits, ensuring proper allocation and documentation
- Perform account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and post journal entries to support complete and accurate financial records
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting or finance
Salary: $55,000-$60,000
