As Accounting Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing financial operations and helping drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
Compensation: $85,000-105,000

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities
- Manage general ledger, financial reporting, and ensure GAAP compliance
- Lead and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Drive budgeting and forecasting initiatives to support business growth
- Coordinate tax filings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor and manage company assets and investments
- Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Maintain and improve ERP/MRP systems, processes, and internal controls
- Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a high-performing team
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership exposure
