Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager Include:
Overseeing daily accounting operations such as general ledger management, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Managing accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Preparing and reviewing multi-entity financial statements
Supporting budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Coordinating tax filings and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
Enhancing internal controls and improving accounting processes
Leading, mentoring, and developing accounting staff as a hands-on Accounting Manager
The Ideal Accounting Manager Will Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong working knowledge of GAAP
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
