Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:

• Oversee monthly close process, financial reporting, and account reconciliations for assigned business units
• Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis prepared by staff
• Partner with operations leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance insights
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and corporate policies
• Drive process improvements and support system enhancements or reporting efficiencies

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with prior leadership or supervisory exposure required
• Strong month-end close, financial reporting, and ERP system experience (large company environment preferred)
• Property Management experience (+)
