Compensation: $110,000 - $115,000 annually

Key Functions of the Accounting Manager role:

• Oversee daily accounting operations and supervise the accounting team.
• Manage month‑end close, including journal entries, financial statements, analysis, and reporting.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow and variance analysis for management.
• Handle bank reconciliations, tax filings (sales/use and property).
• Support audits including year‑end audits.
• Champion process improvements, collaborate cross‑functionally, and perform ad hoc analyses as assigned.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounting Manager

• BS Accounting (or Finance)
• 3-4 years Accounting leadership experience is required.
