Accounting Manager
Compensation: $110,000 - $115,000 annually

Key Functions of the Accounting Manager role:
- Oversee daily accounting operations and supervise the accounting team.
- Manage month‑end close, including journal entries, financial statements, analysis, and reporting.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow and variance analysis for management.
- Handle bank reconciliations, tax filings (sales/use and property).
- Support audits including year‑end audits.
- Champion process improvements, collaborate cross‑functionally, and perform ad hoc analyses as assigned.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications of the Accounting Manager
- BS Accounting (or Finance)
- 3-4 years Accounting leadership experience is required.
