Accounting Manager

- Own the month-end close process and ensure timely, accurate financial results
- Guide and support teams responsible for AP, AR, billing, and general accounting
- Monitor and maintain accounting records in accordance with GAAP
- Improve workflows, controls, and reporting through process and system enhancements
- Serve as a key partner during audits and financial reviews
- Collaborate with leaders across the business on financial insights and initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, including people leadership
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial close processes
- Advanced Excel skills with solid attention to detail
- Experience with a larger ERP system is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
