Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager
- The Accounting Manager will oversee the month-end close, financial reporting, and account reconciliations
- Manage and mentor accounting staff while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all financial processes
- The Accounting Manager will assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
- Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls and efficiency
Preferred Qualifications of the Accounting Manager
- The Accounting Manager should have a solid understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
- Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
