What You’ll Own
- Lead all day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, and General Ledger
- Manage and execute a timely and accurate month-end close process
- Oversee inventory, Bill of Materials (BOM) costing, and COGS analysis in a manufacturing environment
- Partner with operations to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting
- Strengthen and maintain internal controls and accounting best practices
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reporting packages for both local and global stakeholders
- Support year-end audit activities and serve as a key liaison with external auditors
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, leadership, and global finance teams
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong background in cost accounting and inventory
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or other cost-driven industries
- Proven ability to manage the close process and improve accounting workflows
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across all levels of the business
- Experience with ERP systems and comfort working in evolving environments
Bonus Points
- CPA or public accounting background
- Experience with Epicor ERP or Sage/Peachtree
- Strong financial analysis and KPI reporting experience
