Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, collections, invoicing, and processing all check activity.
- Lead the month‑end close process, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Provide support for internal and external audits by preparing and organizing documentation.
- Work within Odyssey and NetSuite, contributing to system upgrades and multi‑phase implementations.
- Partner effectively with the CFO to maintain accuracy, improve reporting, and support organizational financial goals.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of accounting experience; degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP; experience with NetSuite or Odyssey is beneficial.
- Highly self‑driven, organized, able to multitask, and comfortable problem‑solving independently while knowing when to seek support.
