Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily accounting activities including AP, AR, collections, invoicing, and all check processing.
  • Lead the month‑end close, preparing journal entries and completing account reconciliations.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by organizing schedules and supporting documentation.
  • Work within Odyssey and NetSuite, contributing to system enhancements and phased implementations.
  • Partner closely with the CFO to ensure accuracy, improve reporting, and support overall financial objectives.
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience; degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Solid understanding of US GAAP; experience with NetSuite and/or Odyssey is a plus.
  • Self‑motivated, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while knowing when to collaborate or escalate issues.
