• Salary range: $95,000 – $120,000, plus bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• Lead and oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, billing, and general ledger
• Own the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and review financial statements and internal management reports
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
• Analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow, to support business decisions
• Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes, systems, and internal controls
• Manage, mentor, and develop accounting staff, fostering a high-performing team environment
• Serve as a key point of contact for external audits and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior experience within a service-based organization preferred
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience required
