Job Summary:
We are seeking talented Accounting Clerks to provide critical support for a government office in San Diego, CA. In this role, you will assist with the preparation and review of travel authorizations and vouchers, perform transaction reconciliations, serve as a coordinator for the Government Travel Charge Card Individually Billed Accounts (GTCC IBAs), and offer policy-specific support for the Defense Travel System (DTS).
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Reviewing Official (RO) for DTS authorizations and vouchers, ensuring all documents are accurate, error-free, and ready for approval.
- Track and monitor both approved and unapproved travel and communicate with travelers, Non-DTS Entry Agents (NDEAs), and Approving Officials (AOs).
- Ensure that travel arrangements are reserved and funded in compliance with policies, enabling travelers to successfully complete their missions.
Qualifications:
- This position requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance.
- Associate’s degree in finance, business administration, statistics, management information systems, or a related field, or a high school diploma with relevant certifications.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an accounting clerk.

Pay Range: Hourly $21.63 to $21.63
