Motivated team player to handle , A/R/A/P, Reconciliations, posting of other sales for multi-brand Auto Dealership.
Office skills required, automotive background helpful.

• Reconciling accounts payable and receivable accounts
• Filing journal entries and accounts payable invoices
• Send accounts receivable invoices to customers
• Reconcile accounts payable statements and file invoices
• Enter accounts payable invoices to be paid through accounts payable check cycle
• Submit reports related to accounts receivable/payable accounts
• Enter, edits and posts
• Analyze accounts receivable account discrepancies
• Perform both general ledger accounting and accounts payable functions
• Maintain all accounts payable records
• perform various reconciliations 
• Perform various accounting administrative duties
