Title: Accounting Clerk/Receptionist
Location: Ybor City, Tampa, FL (Onsite)
Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Clerk/Receptionist
• Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and vendors directing them appropriately
• Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages
• Assist with some light accounting work including AR and payroll
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
• Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and basic administrative support
• Support internal teams with data entry, filing, and document management
• Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
Qualifications for the Accounting Clerk/Receptionist
• Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role preferred
• AP/AR experience is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor with excellent customer service instincts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
