Overview:
The Accounts Payable Administrator will be responsible for vouching invoices, creating checks, performing data entry, and maintaining communication with vendors to resolve payment-related issues.
This role reports directly to the Accounts Payable Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
•Perform data entry of invoices, verify statements, file, scan, and print as needed.
•Respond to inquiries regarding Accounts Payable issues.
•Complete full Accounts Payable Cycle including data entry, check runs, wire transfers, international and domestic payments.
•Classify invoices and purchase orders and post to correct general ledger accounts using standard accounts payable chart of accounts.
•Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies or quality issues.
Preferred Skills:
•Experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting Clerk roles.
•Basic computer skills including Microsoft Teams and Excel.
•Experience with M3 (ERP system) is a plus but not mandatory.
•Ability to work an 8-hour day, starting between 6–9 AM, with occasional overtime as needed.
