Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Salary Range: $40,000 – $50,000 (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk:
- Process daily cash receipts and manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including billing, invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations
- Support month-end close with advanced Excel reporting and prepare AR status reports for leadership
- Maintain accurate customer records (terms, credit limits, contacts) and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner
- Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with clients to address issues, track claims/sales orders, and escalate risks to AR leadership
Qualifications:
- 1–5+ years of experience in accounting, AR, AP, billing, or cash application
- Excel experience: Formulas, spreadsheets, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs preferred.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
